I started working out 6 months ago, stricty cardio for the first 4 months and although i saw some effects and felt SO much better than when i was sedentary, I cannot describe how different i feel/look since i switched to weight lifting 2 months ago. Actually i'm so excited to see the difference in my body in a year honestly

I hate cardio, I've been lifting for 6 months and honestly I see a lot of difference, but still I have a long idea to go. Once you obtain into it, it becomes a lifestyle.
